To do this, go to the ‘Config’ menu and select ‘Controllers (PAD)’. From here, select ‘Plugin Settings’ and then ‘Pad 1’. In the ‘Pad 1’ section, select ‘DualShock 4’ from the list of available gamepads. This will enable gamepad support for your Dualshock 4 and allow you to use it with Pcsx2. Go to device settings on your ps4 and delete/disconnect the ps4 controller. I’m having the same issue. Screen says, "Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button." I’m using the original cables and they work on my friends PS4, so they are ok. If i boot in Safe Mode i still get the same screen message but with SAFE MODE in the top left. I can’t get past it no matter what i try. The ds4 can only be used on ps4 games on the ps5. Press and hold the ps button and the share button until it flashes .. cant remember if i had to goto devices or Bluetooth.. but it definitely worked that way.. Hope this helps. silvertaco123. • 3 yr. ago. They did say they knew they couldn't use it to play ps5 games. JackKirkham16. . 266 421 794 487 840 13 705 771
