No, the guitar is incompatible with the drum dongle. You need the guitar dongle, which has a guitar head icon on it, and if you buy the World Tour model (sunburst faceplate) it should have model number 95451.806, I believe. Any other PS3 guitar will work with World Tour, however, as long as you have the appropriate dongle for that guitar.
